Very dramatic and great performance

Richard shows that he's a great actor here.He showed it also in Blue Collar 78'.
The scene where he comes home and is greeted by cameras and the press.Kisses the ground.Very realistic.The scene that always makes me mad.His wife Nonchalatly tells him all these unfortunate events that happened while he was in the POW camp.He was laughing and crying at the same time.Genius.Seeing his mother at the nursing home is a tear jerker. I could go on and on.Richard is a genius.One of his best performances on film.Underrated movie.
