From which movie(s) did they steal the combat footage?
All of the combat footage seems too extravagant for this trifle of a B-movie.
I thought I recognized some of the tank stuff from something else. Anyone know what?
I was wondering the same thing, especiall since I've seen about 85% of all the world war 2 movies ever made. My best guess would be a late 60's / early 70's Yugoslavian film (due to the presence of actual T34 tanks which west bloc countries wouldnt have).
It's not unheard of... Umberto Lenzi's BRIDGE TO HELL used tons of footage from BATTLE OF THE EAGLES and SUTJESKA to "round out" its combat scenes.
