Indiana Jones vs. Rambo

There are my Indiana Jones and Rambo rankings. The reason I decided to compare the two is because both were 80's action heroes who have ridiculously high kill counts and their respective movies are very violent. Also each series seems to release an entry rather close to the other, the first entry in each series came out in 1981/1982, the second in 1984/1985, the third in 1988/1989, both of the 4th's were in 2008 and while there is a fifth Rambo movie there is another Indiana Jones movie on the way and it probably would have been made sooner had it not been for covid. Anyways here it is:

03) Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom
04) Rambo: First Blood Part II
05) Rambo (2008)
06) Rambo: Last Blood
07) Rambo III
08) Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull
09) Indiana Jones And The Last Crusade

So yeah while Raiders I would say is far superior to any Rambo movie, the Rambo franchise wins however.

Got it, my top 5 I also love, 6-8 I’m like meh, and 9 is the only one I legitimately hate

I've only seen Rambo (2008) once, but it's something I need to rewatch, I've put off watching Last Blood due to the bad reviews and ratings.

Last Blood was a disappointment absolutely but I think a lot of the bad reviews are due to myths of the film being racist which it isn’t. It’s not great but there are certainly worse ways to kill 90 minutes
