Sallah's wife is the only other female role with a speaking part in the film. I don't think that the student with the writing on her eyelids counts.
Still though, Temple has a grand total of one woman in a speaking role, and Crusade three - one being a woman soldier who shouts "Alarm!", another Donovan's wife (one line), and that's that.

Some of the female villagers speak. And some of the females sing at Pankot Palace.
But TOD is the only one where Indy gets to deck an innocent civilian woman. So it earns some bonus misogyny points there.

Some say pola smtg, but imdb explicitly have pola casted for a role that was cut during editing. Then both female role arent dressed nor have the same hair style.
