You only missed two.

16. I should have been more clear about this one but I meant which artifact wasn't based on any sort of legend or myth.

Crystal Skulls do exist thought they probably aren't Alien skulls.
The Ark of the Covenant really is mentioned in the Bible.
While the Holy Grail isn't in the Bible it is mentioned in the Arthurian Legends. So that's pretty old.

The Sankara Stones from Temple of Doom are the only artifacts that were completely made up for the movie.
