well, meh...

A mildly interesting action adventure film that tries hard to be funny but fails too often. It has a bit of a cult status in Germany and some countries in Eastern Europe because many kids have seen it on the big screen and today keep fond memories of it. Apart from the scenery, the only things worth remembering are the opening sequence and the boat chase. It looks like they were pretty dangerous to shoot.

I will give it 6/10 for being lighthearted but I'm not sure that it is worth the time of anybody who is not particularly interested in this kind of movies.
