End of the movie?

I'm trying to match some diffuse memories of a movie (seen long ago, in a galaxy far, far away :-)) with the corresponding title. From the basic plot elements, "Pursuit of D.B. Cooper, The" (1981) seems to fit - but as I said my memories are *diffuse* :-).

One thing I remember more clearly though is the ending: The protagonist drives away with his SO into the sunset in a pick-up, and the drive is rather meandering due to them both sharing the driver's seat and engaging in actions left to the viewer's imagination :-).

Is this the end of "Pursuit of D.B. Cooper, The" (1981)?

that is how movie ended i see in years ago when it fame out i was rather humourous movie but did little nothing to teel about the real story i am actually trying to find copy of movie to purchase

I finally got a change to view it, and it was the one I remembered.
