UGH!!!

I don't know but damn... The scenes with them together, Kissing, whatever else... Gross. The only thing worth keeping it on for as of now is the music. Now THAT reminds me of my youth. Not this drivel plot and pedo sex scenes. How was this even LEGAL to MAKE?

reply

[deleted]

It was legal to make because there are no scenes of him actually having sex with Sylvia Kristel. The love scenes are obviously simulated.

reply

Yes, but fondling her breasts and even seeing her exposed pussy doesn't seem "legal" for a 15 year old in movies. Maybe the "rules" were different back then but you can't tell me that if Dakota Fanning did a scene in a movie today where she's lying in bed with Ashton Kutcher's penis exposed that it wouldn't be a problem?

reply

Well that might be a problem. It might be considered "lewd exhibition of the genitals or pubic area," which would make it illegal. You don't see any scenes like that with Sylvia Kristel in this movie. You see bare breasts and butts, but not the genital area.

reply

I hate to argue with you but you are mistaken. I am aware that there are 2 versions of the movie. The one that plays on "Flix" channel and is available to buy on DVD clearly has the scene in which she removes her underwear displaying her pubic hair not more than 4 feet away from him. He is clearly in the scene and clearly looking. The other version, which is shown on other channel, depending on the country your in or whatever, has this seen edited out. But it does exist. Don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself.

reply

We see her from the front after she removes her underwear, but he's not in the shot. It's implied that he's in the room with her a few feet away. In the next shot we see her nude from the back with him in the shot.

I'm pretty sure I don't have a censored version of the movie. If your version shows her nude from the front with him in the shot(not just in the scene), I'd be interested in seeing screen shot.

reply

I don't mean to sound "computer stupid" but I don't know how to get a screen shot onto my computer. If you can explain to me how do it, I will gladly post it here. I'd have no problem with that.

reply

Good question. If you have the movie on DVD and have a DVD player in your computer, you should be able to save a screen shot image file using your DVD player software. You could then upload the image file to a site like PhotoBucket so we can see it. If you don't have a way to directly capture a shot, you could just take a picture of your TV screen using a digital camera.

reply

The main difference with male vs female genitalia in movies is that you only see the pubic hair; you don't actually see the labia. I'm sure if she was shaved in the movie, it would have made a difference.

reply

i dont know bout u guys but if i was that kid i wouldnt be complainin.
it was all simulation just how movies are sapposed to be.

its a portrayal of a situation which, does happen, all except the faking of death to get 10,000 dollars.

reply

Last post was kinda gross.
I think the kid was 17 when they made the film.

reply

The boy was 17 years old when this movie was made. It was totally legal in this State.

reply

the actor was born in December of 1964 and the film was released in 1981, so likely made in 1980. In December of 1981 he would have been 17. So he was no older than 16 when the film was made, unless they made the film in about 2 weeks and released it immediately after filming. If it was made in 1980 then he would have been 15.
