Is this ever coming out on dvd?
And in the full version? It's a disgrace that this masterpiece is not out yet on dvd.
Does anyone know anything about it?

I agree 1000% why pretell. is what I consider the best film of 1981 and one of the best ever neo-noirs is this film being negleted by NOT being on dvd....I mean damn, Land of the Lost is on dvd, and I hate to hear that t has to be marketable, if Gigli or Glitter can disgrace dvd, as a matter of fact their negatives and all remaining prints should be converted to flammable nitrate stock, sorry I digress, anyway, Prince of the City should be in a 2-disc collectors additon like Warners has done in the last 2 years with several of their classics....the film is nore timely now more than ever...and of course the great Jerry Orbach, I believe this film is what got the wheels going for his brilliant career and this character is not too dissimiliar to his Lenny Briscoe on LAW AND ORDER...all of Sidney Lumet's work is on dvd save for this gem and THE HILL with Sean Connery.....
