Near the start she plays the druggie Jeanie....Jose's girlfriend

It's been noticed, and posted and remarked upon several times.

I didn't notice it until last week, even though I've watched this movie dozens of times.

However, I've only watched it twice since seeing "Sex and the City" --- I first saw Prince of the City in 1983, many years before SATC was made.

Yes - Treat Williams was also in the film. He played the guy that wore a wire.
