Similar movies?

I remember when I was quite young, I watched a movie much like this one. I've tried to figure out which movie it was years later and all I can gather is it must be this one. But my memory just doesn't match.

There is a few things I remember somewhat well. The husband is blind? And the sex scene in the kitchen the man uses a knife to open up her blouse and or bra. Also I seem to remember there being a sex scene upon a car ?
