How much on screen time does Stiv have?

I'm a huge fan of the Dead Boys and I just want to know if Stiv is actually a somewhat important character in this movie or if he's just in it for a scene or two?

Stiv is only in the movie maybe 7-10 minutes in total, playing an "out of control" teenaged boyfriend named Bo-Bo. Understandably, he's pretty good at being out of control. The movie is a "low budget" John Waters film which people seem to either love or hate. I have his whole collection (so you know what I think) but I hadn't even realized that Bo-Bo was played by Stiv. He isn't playing a huge role, but it is pivotal to the ending. If you're a big fan, it's worth a rental.

It's not a big role, he's only in it for a few minutes total, but the character is crucial to some plot developments in the film.

If you really dig Stiv, as I do, you should definitely check it out.

He makes a grand entrance with some Deadboys-esque music by Chris Stein from Blondie.

If you really like Stiv, you should check out the flick "Punking Out", which was shot by an NYU student at CB's in '77. This is the flick that got me into the Deadboys.

Stiv may not have a big role, but he's memorable as Bo-Bo. Too bad he didn't do more acting during his relatively short life. I LOVE the Dead Boys, especially their first album, Young, Loud and Snotty, a classic. Also, I really liked Lords of the New Church.

R.I.P. Stiv

I can resist anything but temptation.
