Oh boy...

After having not seen this in almost 30 years, I was pretty stoked to watch it. Not all things you thought were "amazing" or "awesome" as a child pan out to be as, or even nearly as entertaining when you're an adult.

And while this movie certainly gave me a good deal of 'warm, tingly, flashback-to-my-youth' feelings... heh, it's really quite awful.

But in a good, cheesy, campy 'awful' kind of way.

There is one thing I can definitely say, regarding the difference of observation, and how it changes as you grow older... when you're a kid, and you like a movie, the "acting" has NOTHING to do with your opinion of the movie. It was... even uncomfortable, in some parts.
