It should have been retitled 'Paul and Peter'
Casting-wise I thought Anthony Hopkins as Paul chewed a lot of scenery. And
they should have gotten a more formidable actor to portray Peter.

As for the title, the movie is accurate in portraying the book of Acts in which Paul gets more airtime than Peter.
I think they both were good, though Hopkin's Paul is not quite as I usually imagine him (but that's a discussion for another day).
