Where to buy the DVD? English subtitles?

I wonder if anyone would know where to buy this dvd. I am especially interested in getting the Finnish version of it. English subtitles would be also good. Any ideas?

I have a copy of the English dub that I baught from Ebay, it was recorded off of a Betamax tape, I don't think its been oficially released on DVD.
