One scene is missing on tubi right now

There was a scene I guess early on in the movie before Wolfgar comes to America he visits a plastic surgeon to change his his face. And the doc asking him something like why he wants to do it, and then he grabs him in a threatening manner and says “ I wanna look handsome”, maybe be not the exact quote word for word. I was wondering if this scene is on blu-ray though.
