"Neighbors" should have been an amazing dark comedy. So much went wrong. Dan Aykroyd, however, has never been so hilarious. Cpt. Vic is a twisted crazy f@ck. I'd rather have Blutarski move in next door.

It demonstrated that Ackroyd and Belushi were more than just comedians. That they could act in non comedic roles.
