Major Mistake

I believe the editor made a major mistake. I believe Sylvia's murder was to take place after Hollis, Sarah, Patty, Howard, Mike, and Harriet went down into the mine. When John returns to the party for beers you never see Hollis and the others in the scene. I find it hard to believe that John would have waited over 10 minutes to inform the others about Sylvia's Murder.

After John finds Sylvia's body we cut to the scene of Patty suggesting they go down into the mine. Then scene continues with them going down into the mine and exploring the tunnels. The scene is very long and drawn out. They go as far as showing Mike and Harriet find a place to make out, before cutting uptop to Gretchen finding Dave and John revealing to the others that Sylvia was murdered.

It should have happened like this, Hollis takes the others down into the mine. Then cut to the scene of Sylvia and John making out in the locker room. John leaves to get some beers and Sylvia is murdered. John returns to the locker room and finds Sylvia's body. Then we cut to the scene of Gretchen screaming to everyone about Dave's body, and John comes trembling in with the news about Sylvia. It makes more sense that it should have happened this way. I don't think anyone would have waited as long as John did to tell the others about the murder.

I think its fair to say that the scenes got mixed up. I'm surprised that the film makers never took this into account.

They also didn't take into account that Axel was the godamn killer...Because I'm pretty sure you can't slip into a miners uniform in 40 seconds flat...As he clearly does before he murders that guy in the kitchen.

"See it with someone you love...Go by yourself"

In and out of the miners suit far too many times.
