Great bad movie.

I had loads of fun with this great bad movie. It's obviously had several titles. Gun Fighter refers to Ron Slinker's Kung Fu cop character while the Mr. No Legs title probably was pasted on after the movie had already run under several names. I don't think No Legs was ever meant to be the film's protagonist. I think Ricou Browning and company made a funky, z-grade exploitation flick and the most interesting character was later used as a selling point. It doesn't seem like a 1979 film either. I could be wrong but it looks like it was made between 1975 and 1977 somewhere towards the end of Blaxsploitation, oddball horror and the first Kung-Fu film wave, around the same time the Dolemite series started taking off. I can't see this type of film being made after or neck in neck with Halloween, ET, Star Wars, Close Encounters, Alien, etc. The soundtrack even feels mid-seventies-like. Synthesizer scores started kicking in towards the 80's. With all that said, Twisted Anger sent my copy promptly. eBay and others have it or you can watch it on YouTube. I'm actually watching it for the third time right now.
