Way Too Much Albert Brooks ... Way to Little Kathryn Harrold

Admittedly, I pulled down this movie because I'm in love with Kathryn Harrold. The hope was that this would be a great movie, on top of getting to view the love of my life, Kathryn. I wanted to have my cake and eat it too.

Alas, no eating took place. I.E., the movie is kind of a stinker. Disappointing as well was there wasn't much cake. Kathryn does not show her lovely self much at all. That would have been OK, and I would have been happy to freeze frame the few scenes that included the woman I deeply love. But the movie .... there was no there there! I mean, what was the point?

Furthermore, if Albert had never taken off his shirt I would been much happier. He took his shirt off a lot. Hey Albert! Enough's enough! If there is going to be any taking off the shirt it should have been a lot more Kathryn with the shirt off. Gentlemen AND ladies, do you not agree??

Anyway, I'm sure you are wondering how I could be so in love with a woman I never met. I mean you assume I never met her. Right? Well you are right. I got my fever for Kathryn in a Rockford Files episode. It was a two-part masterpiece where Kathryn played a blind woman. The story was kind of a light version of "Wait Until Dark".

I'll tell you, if Kathryn's acting ability was not apparent in this film under "review" you really should see that Rockford File episode. The lady's acting talent is quite commensurate with her towering beauty.

Kathryn, if you're reading this do you mind if I call you Kathryn? Your [somewhat limited) presence on the screen has always been very much appreciated. You are a true, Galaxy Class Babe, and a damned fine actress. And I would venture a guess that you are likely a more than decent human being as well.

He is incredibly hairy, you would not have that now. I would have liked to see more of her instead. And it is a boring pointless film.

It's an Albert Brooks movie, co-starring Kathryn Harrold.
