i'm listening to this song right now! i was just looking for info on imdb to add to the id3 tag. i finally tracked the song down on a 7" a couple years ago and ripped it to mp3 (192kbps). the 7" is the only thing this song was released on i think.

You don't. Get the WinRar or WinZip program and decompress it. A .rar file is a file or files compressed into an archived format. You use the program to open the compress .rar file and extract the contents. In this case, the .mp3 file.
