Difference between the versions?

Anybody have a rough idea of what's added in the extended Spanish cut on the new blu-ray?

So far, the opening titles are presented a little differently. The girl in the swimming pool is still wearing underwear and the girl in the elevator still only loses one arm on-screen, which is weird considering IMDB leads one to believe under their "alternate versions" section that the girl at the pool was not wearing underwear and that the girl in the elevator loses both arms on-screen.

The uncut version is in Spanish with subtitles and the subtitles dialogue as a result is almost totally different (for instance, the infamous triple Bastard line becomes a triple Animal line).

I might've missed something but the uncut version doesn't seem to be any different, besides the dialogue and opening credits.

I still prefer the theatrical version

Just an alternate score too. The director hated the original score that the US version uses.
