There is a replica of the puzzle from this film. (Also some info on the 'puzzle girl'.)

1000 pieces. I wonder how long it would take to finish it?

It doesn't seem to have the exact same image of the model from the film, but per the outer box it contains 2 different 5"x7" color prints of the same model from the same 'filthy photo shoot'?

According to IMDB the 'girl in puzzle' is Pilar Alcón. Who is also credited as 'orgy slave girl' in Conan the Barbarian (1982).

She is also the girl in Pieces who sleeps with studbucket Kendall and asks for him to gag her so she won't make noise.

I'd love to own it but I'd hate for my Mother to walk in on me playing with it.

I’m sending off for one. That’s all there is to it. 😀

Someone is supposedly selling them for $30 on ebay. So I think that dude wanting $250 is shit out of luck.

Would be a nice collectors item for die hard fans.

Thanks for posting this. I already made the 30 dollar purchase. 👍👍

Right enough? Cool. Feel free to share pics when you get it. I hope it arrives in mint condition.

Are you actually gonna try complete it? It's 1000 pieces, that sounds like a lot of work and hassle. I imagine most people who buy it don't open it and keep it as a collectors item.

The company who made it make other puzzles of cult horror films, I see there are ones of Cannibal Holocaust, The Beyond, The Evil Dead, The New York Ripper, Phantasm, Maniac, Creepshow and so on. There is another one for Pieces too.

I'd say the one in the OP is the best of the lot though by a considerable distance as the puzzle plays a part in the film, it's not merely a puzzle of a known horror intellectual property.

I guess I’ll decide if I’m going to open it when I see it, and it’s saying that the estimated delivery date is January 18th.

I will certainly post a picture of it when it comes in. I have lots of movie memorabilia and it sounds like this is going to be a top shelf item.

I don’t know if you remember Damosuzuki from here on Movie Chat, but I sent him a link to this on EBay and he’s excited about getting one also. He no longer post here but is on LetterboxD.

reply

I never talked to them on here, not sure how long ago they left but it may have been early into my MovieChat 'career'.

I know of them mostly from you liking their posts on Letterboxd.

I'm glad to hear that. If me posting this has meant two Pieces fans are to get a nice little collectors item they didn't know existed prior then that's great.

I placed it right next to one of my most prized possessions. 😀

It's gorgeous!

That's where she belongs, alongside some refreshing Nilbog Milk with Adreinne Barbeau, Clint Eastwood and Krug for good company. (I don't recognize that suave gentleman to her right but he's got one hell of a view).

reply

The gentleman on the right is Ivan Rassimov on the set of “Vengeance Is a Dish Served Cold.”

I’d bet anything you have seen him before, as he was in lots of Italian exploitation films. I absolutely love the guy, and he was criminally underused as a star, but most often appeared as a villain. Check out his filmography:

Thank you so much for bringing this wonderful puzzle to my attention, and I took the stickers off the box right after I took the pic.

reply

Oh, damn straight I know him. He looks a lot different with the beard.

I've seen him in Planet of the Vampires (1965), The Strange Vice of Mrs. Wardh (1971), All the Colors of the Dark (1972) & Shock (1977).

You're welcome pal.
