Question about film....? mild spoilers

When Vivian and Robin are fighting it out in the school shop, Mr. Nemins comes in and tries to break it up.
At one point Vivian says "We can all talk about what happened here today. And what happened in the backseat of your car last Wednesday. Not that I see anything wrong
with what my father would call a little slap-n'tickle, but..."

Was she saying that SHE had sex with Mr. Nemins in his car? Why would she do that?! Why would Mr. Nemins be quite that nasty to her if he had sex with her ha ha?
Or did she know of another student that had sex with him and was going to report on him about it?
I always wondered this.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."

That is a really good question? I always thought that Mr. Nemins was cheating on his wife with someone his own age BUT it NEVER occurred to me that he might be doing something inappropriate with a student. Hmmmmm!! LOL! I definitely never thought that it was with Vivian though.

She used her powers to find out that he was cheating on his wife with a student. We can't tell if said student is Vivian or not. It's left up to the imagination, i suppose.

I first saw this movie on tv when I was about 14. I had thought at the time that Vivian was the one messing around with the teacher.. she seemed to me like that type, the type that would do that to get what she wanted. She seemed "trampy" enough to me at that time.. But now I am inclined to think she saw him in that car with a student.. it is all left to speculation for us which is cool..

I always took it to mean he and vivian had fooled around, but that doesn't make sense since Vivian would just use her powers to get what she wants and not sleep with teachers....
