For a children's series, there is quite a lot of drinking in "Pumuckl", Eder often gets drunk with his buddies. I guess they wouldn't make such a series nowadays in the realm of political correctness.

"Eder often gets drunk with his buddies"? Not really. He never gets drunk in the series at all... All you see is normal Bavarian men sitting together. Drinking a beer doesn't mean "getting drunk together". Geez...
