Nessie: Slasher Killer?

oh yes, and just for extra kicks there's also a slasher Scottsman in a kilt. It starts out like "Friday the 13th" with kids at a summer camp or something sneaking out to this island to make out. As soon as they start making out, a crazy Scottsman with an axe is running after them. They make it to their inflatable raft and get away from him, only to be attacked by the vicious Loch Ness Monster! Who, incidentally, cannot move his head, eyes or mouth, but rather just bobs up and down in the water on his neck until he pecks their boat to death.
