On FLIX today WIDESCREEN! (Aug 1st)

Surprised to turn on FLIX this morning to find it showing in WIDESCREEN! So happy! It looks great! Anyone know where I can get a copy of it? The Lionsgate DVD is just embarrassing!

Got mine from Amazon UK. Of course, it's not remastered, but it is Widescreen, which is nice to have. The one I have has a brownish cover and has Christopher Lloyd on the cover. It has the word NETWORK on the upper left corner. It's region 2, but there are ways to convert so you can watch it. Why in the hell England gets a widescreen copy while we settle for a fullscreen copy is beyond me.

I bought it on vhs yrs ago but like everyone else, I wanted a digital copy. I was lucky enuff to catch it on Showtime awhile back & recorded it onto my DVD burner. It's region 1, in widescreen & also looks great. It does have the channel logo below the letterbox but its outside the picture. Anyway, seeing how its unavailable here in the U.S., if anybody would like a copy, let me know & I'll see what I can do.

Hey Dark, for some reason, I never noticed that I got a reply here until now. So sorry for the slow reply.

Anyway, I can still hook you up with that dvd if u want. So just let me know where you're from & if you're still interested.

FYI: there is an official dvd on Amazon but it's in full screen. And it looks like a Blu-Ray is also on the way soon.

Hey, no worries Zach. I think I'll just wait for the blu-ray. I saw the movie just recently on DVD, and it's also been posted on YouTube. That will hold me until the blu-ray comes out. Thanks anyways for your reply, much appreciated.
