now this is just my opinion, but i think diane lane might have been insecure about her film career after it started to fizzle out when she was still ion her 20's (that's gotta be a little hard to take) and she just might have been regretful at the time. i know this movie and streets of fire she never wanted to talk about, but people and their ideas on their life change. both films were failures and how was she suppose to know that one day they would be understood and appreciated? i'm sure it was just insecurity.

It is really cool that Diane Lane was at a screening and does not mind discussing "Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains". Susan Sarandon won't even discuss "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" in interviews.
