I couldn't believe that was him. I really never heard of him till he did Sexy Beast. He was really good in this.

I was quite surprised to see him in this, turns out he made his debut in Hollywood a whole lot earlier than I would have imagined. Shame the film didn't do better.

I loved the wisecrack corinne made that no one in america could understand what he was saying. He made no attempt to soften his accent at all. Those scenes when he was talking with his band sounded like something straight out of a Minder episode.

I liked his character. I felt badly for him because he was illiterate. Did he have a learning disability?
