Are there any translations available?
Perhaps to English or German?

If not, do you know someone who would bother to translate the movie?

I've seen this movie twice on free-to-air television in Australia with English subtitles. The last time was more than 10 years ago. I wish I had taped it.

The subtitles were made by the multilingual television channel SBS (www.sbs.com.au). Maybe you could contact them and ask about the availability of their version.

They just reeased the Nils Malmros Colletion in Denmark on DVD, and it has English subtitles (about *beep* time). Buy it online at places like DVdoo.dk or some other website - try googling "Nils Malmros Colletion"

All the best people have bad chest and bone diseases. It's all frightfully romantic!
