Barbarian (2022)

I've seen people say Barbarian ripped off The People Under The Stairs (1991), [Rec] (2007) and even The Unseen (1980), the later of which I've yet to see, however it's similar to Humongous also.

A child bore from rape, who lives in the basement and is a huge durable individual who is also mentally impaired. It's never stated that the villain in Barbarian suffers from acromegaly like the villain in Humongous but it's quite obvious, that bitch is HUGE.
