I thought Madman was a horrible Friday the 13th rip off. I felt Humongous was a much better movie. I have only seen these two movies recently but I definitely feel as tho I'd watch Humongous again because it had a better story and I felt that the pacing was pretty good too. Madman to me was just an utter fail of a movie.

Completely agree with you on both counts. Yes this is a decent film and yes Madman is abysmal. I'd take The Burning any day over either but I can't imagine I'd ever pick Madman over Humongous when looking for a slasher film to watch.

I like Madman, but Humongous is much better.
