Very confused on the acting credit for dr. Jacobs. In the movie the doctor is clearly a woman. However in the IMDb Dr. Jacobs is credited as a male actor named Gay Austin who died in 1983???

Gay or Gaye was a somewhat common woman's name until the past 20-30 years. I think someone made a mistake on her page.
