I know my favourite scene was when the yellow truck lost its brakes towards the end of the movie and caused all that ruckus. I really enjoyed watching this movie when I was young. That song the driver was singing was great,"Everybody goin' faster, faster, everybody goin' faster, faster, they don't give a damn, wham bam, thankyou mam, oh thankyou mam....."and so on....

The scene that made me laugh out loud is at the end where the girl goes flying out of the jeep. It was the sound effect they used.
Simple, silly things like that make me laugh.
So many great scenes, some already mentioned, including:
The one robber berating the street lady wearing the sheet and her response.
The same robber sniffing the panties in the department store, to the horror of the lady clerk. Too hilarious!
As said before, the kids hollering, "No Licky! No Licky!" :D I've tried to tell friends about Ricky, the Carnivorous Pony over the years and they just kind of look at me blankly. They just have to see it to appreciate it.
Daniel Stern snorting the human ashes. I think it's been shown since in other movies but this was the first time I'd seen it and it's still funny to me.
The women sitting under the highway bridge, wrapping up the dynamite as though they were knitting!
I think one scene is so cute and that's where Peter Billingsley runs into the truck stop toliet and two guys on either side lift him up so he can reach the urinal. Greatness.

whenever i'm really tired or out-of-sorts sometimes i'll make a remark about how "i fear i'm going to trip and fall into the shag carpet, never to come up again!" of course, no one but me gets it.
For me it's probably the "Honk if you're horny" scene. I just love his face when he realises it's a car full of gay's and tries to make out the horn is faulty.
