Truly absurd movie! .....

..... but I really liked it as a kid, and I still enjoyed it watching it again! :D

Yup, we're average joes with no military training, and we're going to South America to raid a drug lord who has experienced, heavily armed protection.

We'll wake up late a day after the get-away, taking our sweet time, not assigning a look-out; what could possibly go wrong?

Yup, we'll follow the heavily armed bandits in order to steal back the money we stole, because they won't expect it.

We're in jail in this 3rd world country, but the jailors were polite enough not to take our valuables. We can escape, easy.

As we get away, we'll take some time for a splash in the waterfalls while we wait for the plane.


As Anthony Quinn remarked ... they're just civilians, I'm a general; they're rich, we're poor; they have blonde, beautiful women!

I'll go to your country and take anything I want, because I'm an American ... Suck on it! LOL! :D

I don't adhere to this in real life, but it's just so fun to see it in a movie! :D
