Scream Factory release?

Is there anybody out there that follows Scream Factory closely? Did they mention they can't get ahold of this one because of rights or is it a money issue? I feel like this is one of the last slashers that needs to get a special edition of. It's my most wanted from Scream.

I agree, some company needs to put this classic horror movie on Blu-ray. They also need to have extras like interviews with the director, producer and actors. Also, they should have commentaries with the cast and crew.

I tweeted them recently and they said no plans for releasing this one. Didn't say why. This movie is begging for a new hi-def transfer!

Somebody on the boards on Bluray.com were stating that the rights owner is holding out until the remake and then he will "play" ball. Disappointing.
