Saw an unopened Heavy Metal laser disk at my half price books! Made me smile, nearly bought it as it was only 10 bucks, but then I figured I'd just have an unopened laser disk collecting dust at my house. Meh, I still might go back and pick it up this weekend. It was really cool to see it either way.

shareYeah, factory-sealed and everything. I'm going back this week to snag it up, if it's still there. I'd imagine it would be somewhat collectable, but if not it'll still look cool mounted on my wall or something, haha.
shareYes, for $10 you can't go wrong, especially if it's sealed (some laserdisc owners might expound on "laser rot," but I'm no expert in that). I really wish someone still made laserdisc players because I always see discs at thrift stores.
And yes, it would look cool on the wall. I have a lot of LP and EP "picture discs" on my wall, though I still play vinyl.
