'HM' nudity question

I watched this movie on TCM in the wee-smalls this morn. An observation and a question:

All the nude chicks in this film have big bushes.

Given that most chicks -- under 30-years-old, anyway -- now shave themselves, well, down there ... would a re-make reflect such?

I'm with snelling! I miss the patch. To answer OP, yes unfortunately a new one would have a bunch of baldies with those ugly little red dots of tiny ingrowing hairs.

I think the bushes add character to be honest. It's a shame the DVD and blu-ray releases are letterboxed, because in the original frame (theatrical) there was a few more shots of Taarna's bush we don't see anymore

I don't mind either way in reakity. It's just much more fun in animation to see the attention paid to giving chicks a bush

I admit I am partial to chicks with a nice silky bush though .... true. Especially a pretty colour

I just think it's a nice sign of womanhood when a chick has a nice bush. A little trim is ok, but I don't like my pole dancers looking like they have a mammal stuffed in their G-string. I had that experience one time, and it looked weird.

Awesome that others miss the days of bushy beaver, it's like if they remade Porky's you couldn't do the line about enough wool to knit a sweater or Revenge of the Nerds could no longer have Takashi saying "Oh, Hair Pie". Damn shame women mostly take off the bush these days. Real women have bush and real men eat it and like getting hair caught in their teeth. :)

A nicely trimmed bush is great, my gal trimmed a cute little heart out of hers on Valentines day. Trimmed so its only on top so to speak. For you youngsters, it is sometimes all smooth and bare as women reach 50 plus. Smooth as silk, very nice.
As a veteran/appreciator of this region for decades, first discovered in 1977, all of it is good !
