But not that great, either. I gave it a 6/10. The biggest problem is that there isn't really much of a story here. The film is only 77 minutes long but feels like twice that length.

I agree I think it has a cult midnight movie eerie creepyness about it. I vividly remember being scared of parts of it when it aired on HBO network when I was 6 or 7 years old in 1982 ...

The robots reminded me of the characters in that Primus video Wyonna's Big Brown Beaver.
