I remember seeing this, and the theatre, was full...as it was a citizen against the IRS...
this film can not be found anywhere. it was on VHS,.. now, it is a non - film,.
maybe big brother was offended????
IRS pulled some strings and had this one buried...

I saw this movie in Junior High and recall liking it a lot. I saw it on HBO and it had the look-and-feel of a typical HBO movie of the early '80s.
The production team were a bunch of incompetant, greedy losers. This is the reason the movie was never released like it should have been. I'm sure they didn't even pay half their bills for making it.

And what evidence do you have for this? Were you even there? I was. Just a little assistant editor but I was there. Everyone I know was paid. And it was a friendly crew, as I remember.

shareThere was no recall of the film. I also saw it in the theatre, and people did cheer at various points in a local theatre that's now a furniture store.
It wasn't comedic dynamite, but it had its moments.
It's been available for quite a while. I watched it today.
