The Grim Reaper radio spot (need help)

Many years ago I had a 7" 45 rpm record of a radio spot for the Grim Reaper. I remember the date being somewhere near 1980 or so. It had a white generic paper sleeve and I think it had a silver label. I always wondered what movie it was and now that I have the internet to check I can't seem to find it on imdb. The only choice that is near it is this one. Since there IS a Maggie in this movie, I am guessing that this might be the one, but I see no Alan in the character credits, though Alan could be one of the unidentified victims. Can anyone confirm someone walking into the woods and never coming out? Or Maggie visiting a basement she never returns from? If ever I transfer my old tapes I will upload the ad, it is pretty generic. Here is a transcription of the ad:

Woman's voice: Alan walked into the woods.

Man's voice: But he'll never come out.

Woman's voice: Maggie's gone to the basement.

Man's voice: No one will ever see her again.

Man's voice: Alan and Maggie and all their friends have got a date with THE GRIM REAPER.

Woman's voice: And when he's finished with them...

Man's voice: He's coming for you!

Man's voice: The Grim Reaper. Rated R. Under 17 not admitted without parent. (SCREAM)

Watching Anthropophagus Allen is ANDY on IMDB. I don't know why that name changed as i know its dubbed. Maybe Andy in italian and allen in english? anyway, during the movie she keeps calling the friend Allen. theres like 5 different cuts of this movie. (Just has to do with one or two of the scenes being trimmed)

The Grim Reaper was definitely a title for this movie and it sounds like the dialogue you're describing was recorded especially for the spot, as I don't think it appears in the film but mirrors two events that occur. Must be the right film!
