Legacy Entertainment version??????

I just purchased the Legacy Entertainment version of this movie, and I just now found out that the Legacy version is a VHS transfer. Is it really bad? Did I just waste my money?

I got the Legacy version last week, there's a bit of a dark reddish hue and it's clearly a VHS transfer, but fairly watchable. I've seen far worse. Not sure if the Troma release is much better.

Legacy DVD is decent enough picture. No real special features though.

I'm not familiar with a Troma DVD.
