Fired actress....

Does anyone know the name of the actress who was fired on this movie because she wouldn't do the nudity? She can be seen in the track scenes at the beginning, the track team photo and it's her severed head at the end. Linnea Quigley was brought in to replace her, but I'm curious who the other actress was.

I think it was Erica Hope, she's listed in the credits as Diana and Kevin tells the coach he killed "Diane". As Linnea's character was Delores I assume it was her.
