Cast mistake

In the cast details for the movie, the character played by Michael O'Neill is named Churchill, and links to the character page for British prime minister Winston Churchill. But surely it must be sheriff's deputy Leon Churchill from the book? I'm reading the book right now, and I've never seen the movie, but I think it's a mistake.
