F!cking hate this movie!

I saw it once I was bored to death, there was not much of a body count at all, and it just wasn't a scary movie to me at all.

reply

Yup, that's the most important thing when it comes to determining a quality horror movie -- high body count!

Oh yes, that's exactly what I thought about Hitchcock's Psycho : not enough body count ;-) 

Yeah but Psycho was actually well-written! I finally got around to seeing Tobes lesser known films after TCM and Poltergeist, but from what I have seen so far, I have not been impressed. Saw Eaten Alive, Funhouse, Lifeforce, and Invaders from Mars so I think Im going to call It quits on Tobe and stick to Carpenters much higher quality filmography.

reply

Yeah body count means nothing. For me the movie is all about the atmosphere and suspense. Go watch something that's came out in the last 10 years for your body count.

reply

If you want bodycount go watch Friday the 13th part 1 through 9! Funhouse was a pretty good movie!

It had so much atmosphere and suspense plus interesting characters that it didn't need a body count. I think it's a great film.

reply

Yeah, this movie definitely coulda used some Body Count...

Anyone here mentions Hotel California dies before the first line clears his lips.

I ate Chilli Con Carne last night. It was quite nice.

Listen, I had Mud soup with charcoal arugula. It was outrageous. Just joking, if I remember correctly, Indian chili, no pork lo–no Indian chili. Listen, I just, I just want to pass some gas.

Can't, I'm afraid. Matinee of Le Miz. Christ, I'll call you.
