Ending of Jason through window..

The scene where Jason breaks through the window, to capture Ginny, was actually not a dream segment, as some say.

We know it is not a dream, at least in that movie installment it wasn't.

If you look at all the movie sites that detail what happens, it states Ginny and Paul DID walk back to the cabin and Paul put her on the bed. You just cannot cut from that, to Jason breaking the window as a dream.

I do not believe that Jason coming out of the water and dragging Alice down into the depths at the end of the first movie was a dream either. Mostly because, how would Alice know Jason was deformed? Mrs. Voorhees never mentioned that so she would have had no way of knowing what he looked like. The artist sketch in the newspaper shown in the fourth movie was based on what Alice had seen with her own eyes. Granted, she had her back turned and it isnt clear that she ever turned around and saw Jason as he grabbed her but the fact is that she couldn't have dreamed of a mongoloid child when, again, she had no way of knowing this.

Probably because the ending of part 2 was dumb.

That sequence was a dream because at the beginning of the third movie we see Jason still lying on his cabin floor and at his side is the burlap sack that Ginny removed and then he takes off the machete of his shoulder and begins to drag on the ground.
If that was real, Jason would not appear with the machete buried on his shoulder when he jumps from the window and attacks Ginny from behind.

Precisely. Muffin coming back from the grave was another indication that it was in fact a dream sequence…..or not?

I've always assumed that Paul struggled with Jason and then went missing, Ginny blanked out because of the shock or got knocked out in the tussle
