When For Your Eyes Only was first released in theaters in 1981, it began with this logo. As you can see, it is a combination of the 1968 and 1975 logos.

I think there was a reason they did this. They did this as a way of saying "Farewell" to Transamerica, after 14 years. Towards the end of the summer of 1981, MGM would snatch up the rights to United Artists, and the Transamerica logos that used to be part of their 1967-1981 films, would be all but a memory.
