Why, yes. Yes, they can. Quite a few of them, in fact. Joe Pantaliano's Mom, turns out, not such a formidable foe.

So, thanks for asking the question, Tagline, but apparently there was very little reason to worry unless you had sex or took mushrooms.

Yeah I did find it bizarre how many of the characters survived at the end. That must be a record high for an 80s slasher.
