Mr.Hurt is perfectly cast-but it is a strange bird of a film;

-though atmospheric in the beginning....

...in a way,I wonder if Mr.Hurt is wasted in this tepid thriller...

Agreed, he plays the part of a man that walks to the beat of a different drum well.
