British intell guys needed more training

So when the needle is meeting with that young German, and British agents have been following, the agents all come running up the steps in one big herd to the room where the German spies are. But damn, there's a window- who'd have thought! Guess they didn't know about covering all exits. This is just one of a series of absurd escapes by the needle.
